New York Powerball 3rd prize winner.

The Powerball ticket for Saturday's drawing was sold at Stewarts Shops on Guilderland Avenue in Schenectady, according to the New York Lottery.

It had four numbers that went together, plus the Powerball. The winning numbers for Saturday's Powerball drawing are the white balls 15-17-18-47-57 and the red Powerball 19.

For the Powerball game, the winning numbers are picked from a field of 1 to 69. The number for the Powerball is picked from a separate field with numbers from 1 to 26.

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 11 p.m., the Powerball drawing is shown on TV.

To win the jackpot, a player must match all five white balls and the red Powerball number. The white balls can be in any order.

Powerball tickets cost $2 and can be bought every day of the week at any New York Lottery store. On draw nights, the last time you can buy a ticket is at 9:45 p.m.

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 11 p.m., there are drawings. The New York Lottery recommends that players buy their tickets early to avoid waiting in line at the last minute.

The New York Lottery app lets people check their tickets in a safe way.
